Background / Biography
“Electronic Music has always been my first love! This medium gives me so much more, than anything else. I can hardly tell you, what it means to me. It doesn’t matter how bad times are, hearing this sound is like a bungeejump, you always get back upwards. It’s obvious that I can’t live without this amazing sound.
For me, it’s important to transmit this vibe to my party crowd. This overwhelming wave of emotions should affect them in a positive way . ”
In his school time, Christoph had the first contact with the “beginnings” of electronic music on vinyls, like “Jean Michel Jarre” and “Electronic Light Music Orchestra”. From this time electronic sounds have been a fix element in his life. Through the past influences from various kinds of electronic music (like Dance, Trance, Techno ...) his style has transformed into this special “Spectral”- sound. At this time Christoph wanted to be a professional DJ. Therefore he bought his own DJ-Equipment. DJ Spectral began to play @ I-net stream radios and private parties and received a great feedback from the audience. He started to have gigs at official techno events. His popularity resulted in his first party gig, at the well known Watergate, and of course more gigs came up afterwards … @ Tunnel Club, Cellar, 17er Keller, Fly/Kolmgut, Rolling Playing Drum Club, MGC Hallen, Culture Club, WTK Berstollen, …a.m.m…

“DJ Spectral captivate with his forward tribal technosound and let the floor at Tunnel Club shake. Excellent mixing and great playlists are his sign and numbers of bookings in well-known Clubs followed. His DJ-carrer shows a rapid rise. So let’s groove.”
He was also organizing electronic-music-events for example “technoelement”+parallel I-NetStream. In addition he had an I-net stream radio project called “Electronic Universe” with his partners.
Parallel he started Electronic Universe Events.
2005 and 2006 he mixed the decks regularly at the Kolmgut Club. Everything that belongs to electronic music he supports with full commitment and engagement.
For his job career he had to reduce his live acts for some time, but he never lost his passion for the electronic music.
Now he wants to share this amazing sound and vibe with us again.
